Dustin is a Hayward native having been born and raised in the community. After graduating from Hayward High School, Dustin attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout and Chippewa Valley Technical College. Since learning how to log roll at age seven, Dustin has been involved in lumberjack events. He has spent the last 12 years traveling around the country performing and competing in professional lumberjack events and has won three championships in speed climbing competitions.

Dustin and his wife, Salle, live in Hayward and both enjoy the benefits of the north woods such as fishing, hunting and mountain biking. They have two children, Brode and Alivia.

Joe has been a Sales Associate with Century 21 Woods to Water Realty since 1999. Joe, his wife Irene, and their 2 Golden Retrievers moved to Hayward 8 years ago to be close to family and friends. Joe, who is an avid sportsman, has spent countless summers in the Hayward area. Joe's love of Hayward made moving here a dream come true.

Prior to the move to Hayward, Joe was a Construction Superintendent for 20 years and then an assistant to the mayor of a large metropolitan city east of Cleveland, Ohio. Joe received his "Real Estate Brokers" license, confirming his commitment to his profession and to the community by continuing his education and participating in many local organizations. Joe is the President of the Northland Area Builders Association for the year 2004, is on the Board of Directors for the State of Wisconsin Builders Association and is on the Board of Directors for the Hayward Sports Center. Joe is also a member of the Century 21 Multi-Million Dollar Club, and was named Sales Associate of the Year in recognition of his outstanding achievements as a Real Estate Professional in 2003.

Jan began her Real Estate career with Century 21 Woods to Water Realty in 2004. Jan has had a "lake home" on Lac Courte Oreilles for 18 years. After taking early retirement from Minnesota State Colleges and Universities as an educator and dean, she and her husband decided to move full-time to the Hayward Lakes area.

Her Real Estate experiences includes listing and selling residential, vacation home and commercial properties as well as vacant land. In 2006 she received the Century 21 Pacsetter Gold Award for outstanding Sales Achievement and Performance.

Beth and her husband relocated to Hayward in 2001 from Grantsburg, Wisconsin, where they raised their three children. The family frequently shares many fond memories of fun-filled vacations in the Hayward area. These memories sparked the desire to make their permanent move to Hayward once the children were grown.

Beth brings with her a long history of service-oriented experience. For more than 20 years she provided her laboratory and x-ray expertise to patients at various medical facilities in northwestern Wisconsin. Jerry has an extensive career background as a manager of commercial properties, including a shopping center, as well as over 25 years in retailing with JC Penney and managing a discount chain. Jerry’s real estate career has spanned 17 years, all of which was with one company. This varied and broad experience gives him the essential marketing and customer service skills, which assures clients of the best in real estate services whether selling a home or buying investment property.

Jerry is a lifetime Wisconsin resident, most of it right here in Western Wisconsin. He is a father of three children, two sons and a daughter, the grandfather of 12 AND has two great-grandchildren. One of Jerry’s sons is the owner of Russ Smith Construction, one of Hayward’s premiere builders. His hobbies and interests are hunting, fishing, pontooning with family and friends; snowmobiling, ATV riding and playing golf, when time permits.

Jerry’s affiliation with the Safari Club International – "First for Hunters", and the USSA (United Special Sportsman Alliance) are important to him. Jerry also takes a great deal of enjoyment sharing with his son, Russ, whose hobby is hunting and providing bear guide services in cooperation with USSA hunts for boys and girls who are ill or handicapped making their wish come true.

Sam has been a Wisconsin Licensed Realtor since 2005. Sam prides himself in being technically savvy in an ever changing and technology & internet driven real estate industry. He continues to gain knowledge that will better him as an agent and also his customers and clients. Sam has obtained the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) certification which gives him the knowledge and skills to effectively represent a buyer in a real estate transaction. He has also obtained the Internet Professional (e-PRO) certification which is specifically designed to make real estate professionals thrive in the competitive world of online real estate. Jim is a Twin Cities native who has had cabins on Lost Land Lake and Spider Lake in the Hayward area since 1977. Smitten with cabin life in the Hayward lakes area since boyhood, he regularly takes advantage of all the area has to offer, including hiking, golf, fishing, biking, skiing and snowmobiling.
